Checking out the trails

Today we checked out some trails on Mount Benson, the mountain dominating the Nanaimo skyline. The day started with hail but fortunately once the storm passed it was a beautiful day. Some non-existing trails and bushwhacking and we made it halfway the mountains and discovered bluffs with exceptional views and even pieces of a plane crash.
